Hailing from Houston, TX, Adam Villarreal has had a myriad of success as lead writer for TapouT and MMA Worldwide Magazine. Starting off as an entertainment and music writer, Adam has branched off into television utilizing his infectious personality and keen knowledge of the MMA world and fighters alike. As a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai student, Adam's reporting of the MMA world bears a flavor of that of experience and understanding of the disciplines utilized by these athletes. Adam promises to keep viewers and readers alike abreast of the daily goings on of the MMA world and he looks forward to getting the job done!

No one is sure where Paul comes from. In fact, we're not sure where he goes, either. He has poor eyesight, is a very aggressive driver, and is the son of a pirate who's related to a truck-driving Ninja from Scotland. He is a true fan of both BOXING and MMA, though, and can't get enough of either. He brings his production skills from "SKYBOX Sportshow" and Lamp Studios to "Beat Down TV", so I guess he does add something to the show. Paul saw the need for a boxing and MMA-specific show and with the help of veterans Mark and Adam, made "Beat Down TV" happen.

With boxing royalty in his blood, Mark was destined to pursue an interest in boxing somehow. His uncle, Michael Senegal, was a professional prize fighter back in the day and taught Mark the art of boxing. Mark is a walking encyclopedia on the sport of boxing and is very well-versed in MMA knowledge as well. Mark is a fan first - and a reporter second. He hosts both TV and radio shows educating boxing and MMA fans on the art of their sports. He also color commentates for various boxing events for radio.
